1 oz Darjeeling-infused Absinthe
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz peach syrup
1 oz water
Combine ingredients and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and straw. Cheers!
